With very high expectations I went to the ice cream parlor in Lemmer. On the website I read that there was vegan ice cream based on rice milk and that they are known to be gluten-free. Unfortunately, they mean the standard sorbet ice cream by vegan ice cream. And gluten-free the girl didn't say anything. According to the unfriendly staff, sorbet was also vegan. That's right. But someone who is lactose-free and gluten-free also wants something other than sorbet ice cream.
