Please, don’t label food “gluten free” if it really is not. This is rude, and a great way to ruin someone’s day/week..

It REALLY bugs me that they go through the effort of having a “gluten free menu” but have ZERO care when handling the food. As a celiac stay FAR AWAY! Or if you’re gluten free for any reason other than personal choice. I ordered two mixed plates, specifically from the gluten free menu, and let them know I have celiac, and both my chicken and my coleslaw had MULTIPLE noodles from their macaroni salad either mixed in or smooshed underneath the chicken. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until it was too late and became violently ill after eating god knows how many wheat noodles. Extremely sad because as a local, I thought I’d hit the jackpot finding a place that offers a “gluten free menu”. Avoid if you don’t want to be severely sick! 🤢

This place has some of the best food in the puget sound. The flavors are unmatched and the people running the truck are so sweet. It’s a family of three running the truck and it feels like you’re visiting their home kitchen with all the love they put into their food. I’m gluten sensitive and they have a whole separate gluten free menu which makes it so easy to order. I don’t know anywhere around here that sells a gluten free masubi and they have two. It’s affordable, always great vibes and the food is absolutely unreal. Go here!
