Ike's Love & Sandwiches

The gluten free bread is great! My wife questioned if it was gluten free because of how good it was! No reactions so it definitely was!

I can’t eat normal bread and a lot of gluten free breads are dry and taste like cardboard. Most of the time I eat out it’s lettuce wraps and even then some ingredient sneaks in to cause a flare. This bread tasted so good I had to check the receipt to make sure I ordered gluten free for allergy. Today I ate a delicious sandwich and didn’t end up in tremendous pain for the first time in such a long time. I’ve never felt so emotional about a sandwich.

I normally steer clear of sandwich shops because I'm very reactive to gluten. I've recently eaten here twice and had only delicious food with zero effects of cross-contamination. The staff is very mindful when you tell them it's an allergy. My husband, who happily eats anything, also loved his food! Thanks, Ike's staff, for taking care of us gluten-free people.
