Ike's Love & Sandwiches

I stopped by here after a mountain bike ride to refuel. I'm gluten/dairy free and saw they had these options, so I figured I would give it a try. Super delish!! I had the Terrell Davis on GF bread with their vegan cheese, and it was amazing! The bread was soft and yummy, and held up as I ate it (if you're GF, you know what I mean, as the bread usually disintegrates as you go - this did not!). Their special house mayo is the bomb. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely eat here again.

I ordered the gluten free sandwich tray for a memorial service. Though it was incredibly expensive, I was happy to provide this for my friend’s memorial. At arrival, I was told that not all the meat on the tray that I ordered would be gluten free and that they would be unable to make a change to accommodate the situation. Really disappointing. I paid over $200 for a tray of gluten free sandwiches which will now not all be gluten free. If this is your business guys, you should do better….gluten free should be gluten free.

Ike’s Sandwich Shop in Highlands Ranch is a great spot for anyone who loves a huge selection of sandwiches. Seriously, the menu is massive, with something for everyone—vegetarians, meat-lovers, even gluten-free options. Each sandwich has a creative name and unique flavors, which makes ordering kinda fun. Plus, the Dutch Crunch bread? Absolute perfection. The sandwiches are big, flavorful, and filling—totally worth the price. My personal favorite is the “Matt Cain,” but honestly, it’s hard to go wrong here. The staff was pretty friendly and patient while I took way too long deciding what to order. They seem to really care about making sure you’re happy with what you pick. The interior of Ike's is simple but cozy, though the tables and chairs are oddly small—like, kid-size small. If you’re bringing little ones, it’s perfect. But for adults, it’s a little funny trying to sit comfortably and eat a giant sandwich. It’s not a dealbreaker, just something to keep in mind. A couple small downsides: it can get busy during lunch, so there’s sometimes a wait. Also, it’s a little pricier than your average sandwich shop, but the quality makes up for it. Overall, Ike’s is a solid choice for a sandwich fix in Highlands Ranch. Amazing variety, delicious flavors, and a quirky vibe make it worth the visit. I’ll definitely be back to try even more from the menu.
