Excellent dinner, menu with many gluten-free options and excellent quality local products. Special mention for Casentino tuna. Good wine list. We note that behind the restaurant there is a courageous, ambitious but well-defined and conceived project. If I really had to nitpick, maybe the service could be a little more present, I would also have had a dessert.
Anyway, congratulations, we'll be back.
