The restaurant I liked the most among all those visited in the last 4 days! An attention to gluten-free that amazed me. Because celiacs are not treated as "different", "sick", "unlucky"... You simply prepare the dishes (the same for everyone) taking care not to contaminate them, like I do at home. That's all. It turns out that at the table the dishes are the same for all the guests and no one in the world feels like an alien.
