Dedication, commitment, discipline: these are the ingredients of this small artisan business that aspires to great heights without forgetting where it all began. The gluten-free pizza is certainly the best I have ever eaten, as is the gluten-free craft beer. My partner assures that the rest of the offer (multi-grain flours etc) is also of superior quality.
