I've been wanting to do this review for a while... The rolling pin of the goose is my guarantee and Fabio our trusted "sfoglino". I am celiac and intolerant to many foods; all my requests have been treated with great professionalism and the result has always been exquisite. From tagliatelle to tortellini...from lasagna to gnocchi...everything perfect! This year we relied on Fabio for my children's birthday cakes and for a small gluten-free buffet for the party... The cakes, a classic one with gluten and a gluten-free jam tart, were appreciated by the guests and not even a slice was left over! Cordiality, friendliness, kindness and great professionalism! I recommend everyone to try some delicacies from Matrello dell'oca

Let me start by saying that I have celiac disease so I cannot eat foods naturally containing gluten or contaminated with gluten. Delicious fresh pasta made to order, I also ordered a strawberry meringue which was delicious. Very kind owner.
