While walking around Porlezza I found this pizza restaurant (no longer in the Aic circuit) super informed about celiac disease, where I ate a super risotto with bresaola and sassello (red wine), truly delicious and above all "safe" for us... a beautiful surprise. Thanks to all the staff for preparing this risotto for me even though the restaurant was very full... and we celiacs know what it means... See you again!
