Are we sure the pizza is gluten-free? No, because it is one of the best pizzas that both I and my guests (who were convinced they were eating a pizza with gluten) have ever eaten. Even the supplì, among the best I've ever eaten. What can I say? Nothing, because I'm getting hungry again.
