Excellent Roman pizzeria, also with a completely gluten-free menu perfect if you are celiac or in the company of celiacs. Possibility of pizzas also with lactose-free mozzarella. Honorable mention for the really good fried foods. Friendly staff and fast service

I had the pleasure of eating a gluten-free Roman pizza here that to call excellent is an understatement: very thin, crispy on the edges, with a textbook alveolation. An incredible lightness, I have been celiac for 26 years and I must say I have tried many pizzas, but this one is impeccable!.

The place has no parking (and is located behind the municipal headquarters on via Macedonia) or outside tables, very friendly staff, gluten-free pizza, so-so, the bruschetta is very thin (less than a cm) and small, the French fries on the pizza menu are about 10, good supplì and croquettes. All about €25 with a cola zero.
