For me, Il Blu had by far the best gluten-free pizza base so far, both in terms of taste and because it was rolled out so wonderfully thin.
Out of sheer curiosity, I tried the Goat Cheese Walnut Honey Pizza and I strongly recommend this experience to anyone who generally likes goat cheese.
I really liked the ambience because everything was a little darker without appearing gloomy. It can't be described well, but it was very atmospheric and harmonious.
