The place is small with well-filled spaces, so if you like to have your own large personal space you will have to compromise. The family service envelops you like a blanket in front of the fireplace, often bringing a smile to your face due to the long-standing experience of the super on-the-spot staff. The menu is refined with flavors that amaze and caress the palate, the only restaurant in the area that distances itself from the now very classic Tuscan proposal to offer a dish: expertly thought out, cared for and enhanced; Truly a compliment to the Chef. Despite this, the Tuscan tradition is in the DNA of this restaurant as many dishes start from historically popular recipes, such as the filling of the 5/4 Gyoza made largely from Florentine Lampredotto.
