Il Convio

The convio is located on one of the most beautiful beaches of Elba. It has a free beach right in front of the restaurant and offers an infinite variety of food and drinks. If you want a quick lunch you can order it at the bar with a notable selection of sandwiches, pizzas, schiacciate, fresh fruit and various croissants. If you want a slightly more sophisticated lunch, the self-service next door has a vast selection of dishes including appetizers, first courses and second courses. It is well stocked for those with intolerances especially gluten. The prices are like those of a resort, the staff is friendly and helpful. Manu and Adamo (the owners) are exquisite and easy-going people. The parking is around the corner and there is also a newsagent and shop selling beach and other items. There are events throughout the summer in collaboration with all the best places on the island.

Lovely place right on Cavoli beach. Both the bar and the selfie service are equipped for celiacs. Personally attentive, courteous and fast. They contributed fully to an enchanting holiday
