Highly recommend Il Fornaccio. My partner is gluten free, and though we didn't see mention of this on the menu, they do offer guten free crusts for all their pizzas. And gluten free beer. Food, atmosphere and staff were great@

Everything about this place was wonderful. The atmosphere was charming and cosy, and the waitress who served us was efficient and friendly, never showing even a hint of annoyance despite our big group and many requests. The pizza itself was excellent, one of the best I’ve had. We ordered a double portion to share among three ladies (half and half is allowed for the double portion), and struggled to finish it because of how generous the it was! They had a wide selection to choose from on the menu, and one of our group ordered a gluten-free option, and it’s impressive that neither taste nor texture were compromised on that (we tried it). Overall, would highly recommend this place.

The pizza was top notch, every flavour and texture beautifully balanced and authentic. The base was clearly made with great care, attention and passion by the Chef. The ingredients and tastes were also well selected, fresh and bright. Service was attentive and accommodating. The restaurant decor was cheery and welcoming. We felt very much at home and well taken care of, when we stopped here for lunch after walking a tough leg of the Camino de Santiago. Had the Ghiotonna and the Italia, double on a Grande base, shared between 3. Also sampled the spinach/queso and a few others— every pizza was delicious! Followed by tiramisu. Gluten free was also available for one of our companions with no compromise of taste and texture. Highly recommended!
