If you are in Alassio, you can't miss a visit to Forno di Alassio! A historic bakery that offers a wide range of artisanal baked goods, from bread to focaccia, to typical local sweets. But what makes it really special is the attention to people with food intolerances: the shop is in fact included in the AIC handbook, with a selection of gluten-free products that don't make you feel the difference compared to traditional ones.

Yes they forget orders and even bullshit you with arrogance. Unspeakable. If it weren't for the fact that my wife is celiac and only they do gluten-free in Alassio, I would have sent them out long ago.
