Superb ice cream, excellent quality, especially for the raw materials. All flavors are gluten-free and, the special ones, produced directly by them. They always have special flavors and not always the same. To try and try again for sure.

This evening I stopped by the ice cream shop after a long time because of celiac disease. It remained that they were not AIC certified, in fact initially they sold some ice creams without gluten and others with gluten without certification, but with great surprise today I discovered that they have been AIC certified for 2 years with a recognition stamp. I am really happy because even before the celiac disease diagnosis I always went. Now I can finally go back to eating ice cream. I want to thank the owner from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend this ice cream shop.
