Yesterday we went to eat to celebrate a birthday. They brought us chips to accompany the beer and when we finished them we found that there were about ten olive pits that of course were not ours. We told the person in charge but not a single “excuse me”.
Furthermore, one of my friends has celiac disease and they have prepared the menu but when she ordered moussaka and, wanting to guarantee that it was a gluten-free dish, they told her that the bechamel was made with wheat aroma. This seems serious to me.
And lastly, we ordered Albariño white wine and they brought us another one that was frisaste. We realized the mistake when we saw some bubbles pouring the second glass. We hadn't drunk anything because we don't like it and we mentioned it to the waiter who, instead of apologizing and bringing the one we had ordered, told us: "I have to charge you for it because you have already served yourself." We complained and in the end they didn't charge us but the situation was very uncomfortable.
