The waffles and even the ice creams are gluten-free, there are lactose-free options. If you have a sweet tooth you can add a little cream, which never hurts. They make the ice cream there and are all local products. Tastes often change based on what the land offers us. I don't think I've ever tasted better ice cream! 🍦🍧🍨😁

A few evenings ago, being on holiday in Piombino, I went to this ice cream shop with my boyfriend and my Pitbullina. Pleasant discovery: all the ice creams are gluten-free and have a choice (albeit not very wide) of flavors including lactose-free - vegan ones. Furthermore, the flavors were not the usual strawberry and lemon, but there were also slightly more sophisticated variations such as, for example, peach and rose. They also have very crunchy and tasty gluten-free and vegan cones. The ice cream doesn't melt at the first lick but has a nice body and meltable texture.
