Il Leone Rosso Ristorante

We chose this restaurant for lunch after reading some reviews in which they talked about gluten-free cuisine full of different alternatives but this was not the case. The only gluten-free dishes were the second courses and some sauces to which the only two types of pasta available could be adapted. Fried foods are not gluten-free. We had an appetizer and even though they knew I had celiac disease, they still included gluten-free croutons on the tray.

Just the restaurant: Very good dishes, well-marked gluten-free options but unpleasant attitude towards tourists (lots of waiting, dishes that don't arrive at the same time, acting as if they don't understand what we're saying). As for the food: great, for the rest it can be improved

If you are traveling with a celiac. This is the best and perhaps only place in the city of Sorrento. Excellent Service and rich and varied food
