I really want to believe in this establishment because they have so much potential... but I've been let down every time I do... The pizza is just always undercooked? We've put in notes on the order for it to be cooked longer, and it's always just so doughy and undercooked. (We order gluten free). I'm not sure if it's changed ownership because it never used to be like this? Hoping they can take some feedback on board... When I'm talking undercooked. It's like, they cooked the base seperate for 2 minutes, then just thrown fresh ingredients on. Currently have our pizzas in the over trying to cook them longer.

Pizza’s are fantastic & my family have supported this business since it opened. However the service is terrible! Every time we order a pizza from here, we are told a time (we always rock up later) and then wait another 30 minutes minimum. Tonight I waited 45 on top of the 45 minutes I waited at home. The lady next to me waited 30 minutes, only to be told at that time that they had no gluten bases left, she got a refund . The Ubereats driver on my other side had the same issue but had been waiting an hour, so had to cancel his order. Again great pizzas but they don’t care about there customers. Wont be going back.
