Excellent gluten free stuffed piadina, good price and excellent dough

I recently picked up a takeout order: - my roll was little 'stuffed' until I couldn't feel the filling - gluten-free piadina is better removed from the menu because it has nothing to do with piadina (2 mm thick without any flavour) The only positive note was the kindness of the staff and punctuality REVIEW UPDATE: I'm sorry to disprove your claim about gluten-free piadina; if you travel a few kilometers towards Cervia you can taste an excellent gluten-free piadina made in the Romagna way, I think you know which piadineria in question is.

The owners are very kind and very helpful in pleasing their customers, the piadinas are delicious, both the gluten-free ones and the greengrocer's is delicious and you can also make the Nutella piadina
