Excellent pizza Also gluten free. Impeccable service (Corrado top)

Having invited my son to a birthday party, we decided to keep him company by sitting at another table.. As soon as I entered the place it made a really good impression on me, the high wooden roofs are very beautiful and give a sense of rustic and elegant at the same time, the bar area is also very nice, nothing left to chance. We went on a pizza tour tasting just a few pizzas, from the simple 4 cheeses to the capricciosa, then parmigiana, margherita and a special pizza with parmesan fondue, number 23.. In detail, the pizza dough is generally thin and very tasty (typical Neapolitan pizza), this thickness often means that, in pizzas with sauce, it does not remain compact and some may not like it... In the parmigiana, the fried diced aubergines so the way they were presented leads to lowering the overall rating of the pizza itself. I didn't like the four cheeses due to the fact that I wasn't able to distinguish the diversity of the added cheeses. Pizza number 23, on the other hand, stood out both visually as well as for the combination of flavours. The service faltered for a while, children must always be served as a priority, adults can wait in my opinion: my daughter sitting at my table got hers. margherita when mine had already finished, the same goes for another little girl sitting at our table who had asked for a margherita with frankfurters. My son, sitting with the birthday boy and his companions in tow, as expected, were served correctly and punctually, allowing him to also consume his own gluten-free pizza. The quality of the ingredients in general is excellent and the prices average... I left with the desire and curiosity to return to taste the other special pizzas, so it's goodbye...
