All reviews of Illpoggio are from when the previous owners were running the restaurant. Nothing is safe under the new ownership- would not recommend for celiacs

Located in the Snowmass Mall- warm, friendly service & excellent food in a cozy atmosphere, probably the best restaurant in Snowmass Village. They often are fully booked for reservations, but sitting at the bar is first come first served or try going after 8 pm. FYI: They have gluten free pasta & pizza crust.

I come here every time I find myself in Snowmass. It’s easily the best restaurant in the Roaring Fork Valley, without being overpriced, or stuffy. Our server, Anne, took great care talking to the chefs about my wife’s multiple allergies, and she had what is easily the best meal she can have out with her gluten/garlic/onion allergy. Thanks for taking such good care of us, we will certainly be back every time we come to town.
