Had a long day & too lazy to make dinner, so I ubered a build-a-bowl. Everything was so tasty! I'm a sucker for sweet potato noodles, so I got that, the roasted veggies & spinach as the base, basically all the fresh veggies and the chipotle chicken. All the veggies were fresh and the chicken was nice and tender. The chipotle ranch sauce went well with the chicken, but the noodles definitely needed soy sauce (or any citrusy sauce) - which I always have on-hand. Amazing portions and plenty of gluten-free options. 9.5/10
