We have been to Imperfecto 3 times on two seperate trips to DC, twice with a party of six and once with a party of twelve. It's PERFECT (pun intended but seriously it's incredible). We have gluten and corn allergies and they are incredibly accommodating. The staff is fantastic, Fernando remembered both our family and our allergies after a one year break between visits. My least favorite thing is the A5 Wagyu which still knocks it out of the park! The suckling pig and duck are top top tier, absolutely world class. Also the mocktails are great too (and fun) and the deserts are incredible, do yourself a favor and try the pistachio yogurt. Lastly I can't say enough about the staff, from making us fresh mint tea (not on the menu but they were happy to do it) to ensuring our allergies were accounted for they are absolutely wonderful.
