What can I say there special order cakes that are gluten free are amazing! At our party people could not believe it was GF. The rest of the bakery is unbelievable. Always a stop on the was thru Listowel.

Excellent find in a small and unassuming town. Service was top notch, bathrooms are wonderful as they had a change table for our little one and of course the main attraction are the baked goodies. I frequent many bakeries across Ontario and often I find many of the items far too sweet. The cream puffs here were the absolute star. Perfect size, heaps of cream filling and it was the perfect creaminess with a hint of sweetness. Big fan. I’ll be getting these every time I come past here on my travels. The crullers were also excellent - lots of flavour and not a heavy dough. Super light. They were a tad oil soaked though - need to better monitor the oil temp when frying. The apple fritter was a let down. More like fried bread roll with some apple chunks. My wife was able to get some celiac friendly Gluten Free items too’ Excellent service will be back.
