Excellent gluten free options. Creative use of seasonal ingredients and beautiful presentation. DO NOT MISS the "mixed fish appetizer." It sounds boring but it's actually a beautiful array of about six different individual presentations each of a different type of fish; for example shrimp (tempura for those who can eat gluten) with an inventive mayonaise dip, spirals of raw salmon, octopus slices on a bed of mashed potato...all different, all delicious. Our waitress was kind and attentive and bore with my broken italian with good humor.

Our dinner at Impronta was fantastic. The food was delicious, the service was very friendly and helpful, and there were a wide variety of gluten free options. The menu was very interesting and there was a nice selection of wines. Possibly my favorite place I've eaten in Venice.
