It's very important to me that they can accommodate gluten free (no bun, no spread, no cheese). Staff is always able to help.

Usually this is a great place to go, but they failed me this last time. I asked for animal style, and it wasn't. The "lightly" crispy fries were so cooked they were solid. And even with way over cooked fries, they were cold! And my friend has a gluten allergy, he's celiac, so when I ordered I asked for everything to put in separate bags (I don't have a gluten allergy, and I love me bread). I made it very clear multiple times that there was a gluten allergy problem. When I got the food things were being mixed up with and without the bread items causing cross-contamination and issues when I got home. I'm probably still gonna eat here, because a long-running standard of being good, but they did fail me this time.
