I used to dislike this place until I realized you really just gotta dine in. For whatever reason when we get takeout, the tenderness of the burger doesn't last. Maybe because In-N-Out doesn't do well done? Anyway, since I realized the dine-in disparity, I love this place. If dinner ever doesn't go well I like to come here to fill up before bed. They're one of the scarce restaurants that are reliable for gluten free, and they have a little bit of pagentry about it, shouting "gluten free" bacj to the grills, that makes it all extra reassuring (and with how bad nocebo can be, reassurance is key).
On weekends there's even good people watching as teenagers, irrespective of whether they buy burgers, congregate here and behave, well, like teenagers 😂.
