Called ahead to confirm fries were in a dedicated fryer. The cashier taking my order was helpful and knowledgeable on allergy and process and flagged appropriately. When I asked extra questions about sauces, etc. he was very patient and assured me confidently. He said when he puts allergy flags on the ticket, it automatically notes and removes any of their ingredients that contain the allergen. I ordered a double double protein style, with the sauce and fries. No issues at all. Went back again later that week.

Used drive-through. Very aware and respectful of customers with food allergies. Will pack Gluten Free items separately from other ordered items.
