In-N-Out Burger

Tried to eat gluten free here and learned how to do a better job ordering. Options on ordering: *Double Double Protein Style: Double meat, double cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, sauce, wrapped in iceberg lettuce in place of the bun. *Double Double with No Bun: Double meat, double cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, sauce. *Flying Dutchman: Double double with double cheese. Period. With the cashier's help, I ordered a Flying Dutchman with lettuce, tomato, and onion but I got a Flying Dutchman with no extras. It was still good but It's a little difficult to eat it with a fork alone in the high-sided tray since it was not on a plate that could be set on the table. It was very good though. I'll do the protein style next time. Friendly, helpful, patient cashier.
