Insanely busy. Staff kept up well with the demand but there weren’t enough seats for everyone. Could’ve added some more tables outside on the west of the building. Food tasted delicious but I have celiac disease and they bumped my allergy friendly burger right into a regular bun burger (even that level of exposure can make me feel sick for two weeks) straight. I pulled off all the lettuce because I saw it happen so I didn’t have a reaction but when a large gluten free population comes to your store, you need to have your staff well-trained on food allergies and celiac disease. Sometimes a gluten exposure can send a celiac person to the ER. PLEASE teach staff to change gloves and keep gluten free food separate for the safety of your food sensitivity customers.
