They are always efficient and working hard to make the wait as little as possible. They are always courteous. In-N-Out is the only fast food that I frequent. I always order protein style burgers (lettuce wrapped). They are able to accommodate for celiacs reliably, which is huge for my family. When dining in, there is always at least one person constantly cleaning.

My boyfriend and I went to go get dinner- I have Celiac disease, so I mention my gluten allergy to the drive thru operator. As our food is being handed to us, my fries are bagged with my boyfriend’s burger which has a gluten bun. We parked and spoke with them and they apologized and gave us another fry for free. If you have celiac, MAKE SURE TO TRIPLE CHECK THAT THEY HAVE YOUR ORDER CORRECT
