In-N-Out Burger

I'm deadly allergic to gluten and, thus, place has never made a mistake with my order. Great customer service and overall team. Love this place!

This in and out restaurant is so busy It was packed with people and packed with drive-thru people and I kind of understand however all the in and outs that I go to are usually immaculate clean and they always get a right. However this was my experience... My request for food is quite different obviously I understand, it was a grilled cheese with no bread because I am gluten-free allergic to gluten. However I have this order in most of the in and out burger places and so far I've gotten it perfect melting cheese hot grilled onions. At this location I requested the same exact thing. I got just three cold slices of cheese tomato no sauce no grill onions and just top and bottom lettuce. I ate it because I was starving. Also the restroom was completely out of toilet paper toilet seat covers.
