These guys are fantastic with Gluten Allergies. I have Celiac disease and have had multiple times where when I've asked for something to be marked with an allergy to gluten they have said, "yes let me make sure I got 'Allergy to gluten' marked because that is important." Or something similar. From a customer perspective, I love that they don't make me feel like it's an inconvenience or bad thing to have a food restriction. I love that I can eat here safely and not have to worry about my food being contaminated.
