InJapan Japanese Steak Seafood & Sushi (Easton, MD)

I am celiac and have to eat glutenfree. They offered to cook my dishes separately in the kitchen. It was very delicious and we love the show at the Teppanyaki table. Thank you!

We have only been here twice but had great experiences both times. Last night we went with friends, one of which has celiacs so she cannot have any gluten. I made the reservation online (after calling to inquire) making a note about needing gluten free and received a call a few minutes later from the restaurant. The gentleman I spoke with was letting me know that they can accommodate gluten free requests but, they make GF food in the kitchen on a grill specially used for this purpose so our friend would not be served the “hibachi style”. And they used GF soy sauce only on that grill. Not only was the food delicious but they magically served her at the same time as the rest of the table! I can’t say enough great things about this restaurant and service! (Another restaurant we called before this didn’t even know what gluten was. Nope! Not going there!)
