Indian Lounge

This became our favourite restaurant very fast! Food: great! Almost everything on the menu were without gluten or had gluten free options. Great service and speaks English. Location: both cozy and romantic, especially if you sit on the outside tables. These were often available. Its located in the heart of the Old City in Nice, where its a food market and shops during the day, and restaurants/bars in the evening.

Food was meh. Wouldn't rave about it or probably go back. I've had a lot of curry as my partner is gluten free (most curry is gf 😊 ) and this was unexpected, as the reviews were high on Google. Meat was dry and sauce was not overly flavourful in both dishes. Seemed like it was made in bulk as the meals came out in about 3-4 minutes after ordering. I also asked for papadams twice, but they never came. Maybe they don't have them? Wouldn't recommend
