India Masala is my favorite restaurant in the twin cities metro. They are able to make accommodations to ensure that we have a gluten free experience (we have two family members with celiac disease). The saag, chicken biryani, tandoori chicken, and aloo tikki chaat are our go to options. The chaat has to be pan fried versus in a shared fryer to be gluten free and they can only make it when they are not busy (we totally get that and are ok either way).
They can get very busy so it is best to order right away when you get there, otherwise it may be ten minutes or so between server check-ins. The staff are always friendly. Ordering to go is easy on the app as well as over the phone.
