Vegan approved!! Indigo, the plant-forward eatery at TheSilos food hall in Dayton, Ohio, is owned by Katie Mathews, who also owns OrdinarieFare. This place has such a cool vibe, and I absolutely love the industrial chic decor! It's a great place to hang out with family and friends or to have romantic date nights. Please go check this place out! You won't be disappointed! 🥰 The GoGo Burrito was aHHmazing!! It consisted of sweet potatoes, kidney beans, almond ricotta, spinach, mole, avocado, and microgreens stuffed inside of a gluten-free tortilla. I enjoyed every single bite! I'm so thrilled that Indigo offers gluten-free and plant-based options. 💚 I love a good salad, and the Far Out Caesar Salad was excellent!! It consisted of kale, romaine, cashew parmesan, cashew Caesar dressing, crispy chickpeas, radishes, tomatoes, fried capers, and tofu. It was a creamy, tangy, and savory combination.
