Clean store, friendly staff, most of the items I’m looking for most of the time. I appreciate the selection of gluten-free items as well as keto friendly alternative such as the dairy free creamer section. This Ingles has a great selection of cheeses yes, gluten-free bread and other gluten-free items, as well as keto friendly treats and ice cream!

I was visiting in the area and noticed their aisles were labeled with gluten free. I am Celiac and it was so nice to have products labeled! Unfortunately, I haven't seen other stores do that.
