Initiative Brewing (the Hub)

I’m going to start by saying Brian is one of the best servers we’ve ever had! Amazing service and even when he is slammed he still does everything he can! We come here often and it’s the best food and beer in Redmond! My wife has celiac disease and can’t eat or drink gluten and initiative has an amazing selection of gluten free options.

Initiative Brewing has become one of my favorite spots, and I find myself visiting frequently. One of the things that I appreciate most about this brewery is their excellent gluten-free selection. As someone with a wheat allergy, it's not always easy to find places with options that are safe for me to eat, so I'm grateful for the effort that they put into providing these options. But, even if you don't have dietary restrictions, the drinks at Initiative Brewing are truly awesome. They have a wide range of options to choose from, and each one is expertly crafted and full of flavor. And, I have to say, the staff here is truly amazing. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that you have a great experience.
