This is one of best restaurants in Syracuse and we have now discovered they have extensive gluten free options with a separate fryer as well! The ceviche’s are always a great choice but we tried the tuna/salmon Tartar for the first time and that was also delicious. As far as entrees, the Tacu Tacu con Marisco and the arroz Chaufa’s are our favorites but we have never had a bad dish here so you really can’t go wrong. Definitely recommend for a safe spot to eat with a ton of GF options if you have celiac disease!

If you have celiac disease or other serious gluten allergies, this is at least one high- end restaurant in Syracuse that serves TRULY gluten free meals with a staff, including their waits, who actually know what gluten-free really means...no cross contamination! This is a challenge for restaurants to do and I commend Inka's owners and staff for meeting that challenge.
