If you have celiac disease or other serious gluten allergies, this is at least one high- end restaurant in Syracuse that serves TRULY gluten free meals with a staff, including their waits, who actually know what gluten-free really means...no cross contamination! This is a challenge for restaurants to do and I commend Inka's owners and staff for meeting that challenge.

Delicious food! So many vegetarian and gluten free options! Kids’ menu consists of authentic meals which the kids loved! Maki rolls were delicious and fresh! The restaurant itself is beautiful and a perfect place for a business meeting, date night, or family night out with the kids!
