I don't want to eat meat ever again unless it's from Inkie's! As a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young but voracious children) we had a sharing platter that comprised of brisket, wings, pulled pork, an extra side of pork belly with beans and slaw... There was so much food we didn't manage to finish it all, although we ate past fullness because OH MY GOD it's all just SOOOOO GOOD!
The atmosphere is lovely and totally appropriate both for the setting and the type of food, my partner is a coeliac and there's plenty of choice, with all the staff confident in their knowledge of what is/isn't gluten free.
All the sauces are outstanding and jars can be purchased to take home. The thick shakes are basically desserts you can drink, the american apple pie one is incredible.
