Store is clean and well kempt, staff is friendly and very helpful when it comes to recommendations or information about any product they sell, if they dont know they go to ask someone to make sure an awnser is able to be found, store manager super energetic and friendly , cookies are warm and delicious and baked fresh often, cookies are definitely better then crumbl personally, ice cream is made by Insomnia which include their own cookies inside the ice cream, have gluten and vegan free cookies, limited time cookies monthly, they do deliver if not feeling like coming in
