I was looking for gluten-free desserts, and this place popped up. It was totally worth the 20 minute drive to get there; however, parking was a bit tricky. Chocolate chip is their only gf choice. After tasting one cookie, I couldn’t complain! THE BEST gf cookies I ever had! They were so good, soft, and chewy, that I had to question whether or not they were actually gf. Awesome cookie shop!

If you’ve seen any of my other reviews you know I’m always in the hunt for good gluten free options. Insomnia Cookies did not disappoint! It’s been a while since I enjoyed really good fresh baked cookies. Their chocolate chip was soft, warm,and delicious. I’m only whining because they have so many great flavors (which the family enjoyed and gave a thumbs up) but only one gluten free option. Hopefully they’ll have more GF choices in the future. (Hint, hint). Sorry about the photo I ate two before I remembered to take a pic for you guys! 😉🤦🏽♀️
