Insomnia Cookies

I tried Insomnia Cookies for the first time and went with the gluten-free chocolate chip cookie. It was soft, doughy, and sweet—definitely different from the firmer cookies I usually prefer. Surprisingly, I really enjoyed it! The texture was just right, and the flavor was rich and satisfying. If you’re a fan of warm, soft cookies, this one is worth a try. I’ll definitely be back to explore more gluten flavors! Hopefully they’ll have more gluten free flavors to offer hence the four stars.

I ordered 24 cookies for an open house for about $80 with delivery and fees. They were a mix of vegan, gluten free, and regular. The cookies themselves tasted GREAT but there is no way to tell which is which as they are not marked, and all in the same box mixed in. They also arrived warm (👏👏) but had shifted around during transport making it near impossible to present well since they were all stuck and melted together. Final thought, order for the taste, pick up yourself as they are way too expensive and risky for delivery.
