Insomnia Cookies

Horrible experience with this location. Delivery was through ubereats so part of the problem was definitely with them, I do however have problem with a location not correctly marking or taking gluten-free orders seriously. The order we received was missing many items a(likely due to Ubereats' incompetence) and also nothing was marked if they were gluten free or not. We figured since we ordered gluten-free they probably provided that however after eating them (and granted this is the only thing my partner has eaten since) she has had a really bad reaction. This is unacceptable especially for customers with celiac like my partner who is now sick. You guys need to be more cautious with Gluten-free orders, some reactions celiacs can have to gluten can be extremely severe.

This place is really amazing. Originally left the pub and walked down to voodoo but they were closed, passed this place by and stopped because you could smell super sweet fresh cookies, walked in and it looked great. My lady and I placed our orders, a six pack, ice cream sandwich and a gluten free cookie. The gentleman who put our order together was awesome, he actually made me a double decker ice cream sandwich(not on the menu) with 2 scoops and 3 fantastic cookies and he gave my lady an extra gluten free cookie. She said the texture was just right and the cookie was really good. My ice cream sandwich was tops, great ice cream and nice fresh cookies. If you are hitting the pubs on broadway and need a friendly late night treat, you will not be disappointed if you follow my advice and give them a shot. Great job guys, will be back!!
