Insomnia Cookies on Maple St went above and beyond tonight to get our order right and I definitely appreciate it.
We ordered delivery and needed a gluten free order due to an allergy and they took extra steps to ensure we received exactly what we ordered.
We’ve always had a good experience from this location but tonight’s actions take the cake. Thank you!

Ordered an order of gluten free cookies as well as wheat cookies. They put my gluten free cookies in the same box as the wheat cookies so that I could not even eat my gluten free cookies. They also forgot my husbands red velvet cookie. When I called back to let them know they still send my order wrong this time only wheat cookies and no red velvet still. Could not eat my $30 cookie order and insomnia nor under eats will refund me even though I have pics.
